• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to selected locations across India. Delivery availability depends on the product category, vendor service area, and installation coverage.

• Selected Towns & Districts

Some remote locations may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Installation Products

Products requiring installation such as rooftop solar systems, on-grid systems, hybrid systems, or complete EPC projects may be delivered before installation is scheduled.

Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery before accepting it.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

• Do not install or use the product.
• Take clear photographs of the package and product.
• Notify Virkalaam within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your Order ID while raising the complaint.

• Government restrictions
• Vendor inventory issues
• Courier operational delays

10. Failed Delivery Attempts
